Overview
If you teach at more than one school, you no longer need to be moved between them or lose access to one school when you join another. Your account at each school now stays active at the same time, using the same email address you already use to sign in.

Adding a teacher who already has an account elsewhere
If you add a teacher whose email address is already being used at another school, you'll see a quick confirmation before the account is created:
You can choose Cancel to go back, or Add Teacher to go ahead and create the account.
Note: If you have accounts at more than one school, the password you've already set will be used to sign in to all of them.
How signing in works for multiple schools
When a teacher's account is connected to more than one school, they'll see an extra step when signing in, asking them to choose which school they're signing in to.
Once you've chosen a school, you'll sign in as usual — either with a password or through your school's single sign-on (SSO), depending on what your school uses. After that, you'll only see that school's data for the rest of your session.

Switching between schools
Teachers can't switch schools mid-session. To access a different school, they need to log out completely, sign in again, and choose the other school.
When a teacher leaves a school
The EA School Admin needs to remove the teacher from that school. Until that happens, the teacher can still log in to that school and use EA.
