How do I set an Assessment?
Once you have created your class and added your students to the platform, you can now set them an assessment.
Accessing Manage Class Assessments
The Manage Class Assessments menu allows you to manage class assessments with ease. You can access this menu after clicking into any class.

Different sections are able to be filtered by clicking the tiles at the top.

You're able to filter the assessments so that you can view the set assessments separately. To do this, click the icon as seen below.

To set an assessment, simply select the toggle next the assessment's name. To bring the assessment to your main view, select the assessment name:
Next, we need to ensure that the range (VC, AC), or the stage (NSW) are correct for each student. You can adjust the range by selecting the drop-down arrow:

If you would like all students to work at the same level, click Match All Students next to the desired range/stage:

Enable an assessment for an individual student
To enable an assessment for an individual student, switch the toggle on for those who you would like to sit the assessment and have it switched off for those you don't.

Enable multiple assessments for an individual student
Click on the student from within the class and click Manage Student Assessments.

You can then enable the assessments by switching the toggle to SET.
Assessment Options
Finally, Click Assessment Options and adjust accordingly:

Student Review
The Student Review function allows students to view their assessment post-submission. Choose either the Level, Percent or None option for how your student views their results.
Assessment
The Assessment function allows you to switch the assessment to viewable or hidden.
Reflection
The Reflection function allows students to self-reflect on their assessment performance. This provides you with insight into your students' learning disposition during the assessment.
Dynamic
The Dynamic function will allow the range for your students to automatically shift depending on your student's ability.
Sketch Pad
The Sketch Pad function allows students to use a sketch pad during their assessment so they are able to write down their working for each question.
I Don't Know Yet
The I Don't Know Yet function allows students to choose this option instead of providing an answer they are not confident in answering. This option provides more accurate data, as guessing within the assessment will skew the result.
Fixed Question Order
The Fixed Question Order function enables you to assess your students against the same questions as they appear in Teacher-Led Support Mode.
Learning Goals
The Learning Goals function allows students to download a PDF of their Learning Goals.
INLP/ILLP Download
The INLP/ILLP Download function allows students to download a PDF of their INLP/ILLP without answers.
Weekend Snooze
The Weekend Snooze function locks assessments and learning apps during the weekend, so students are unable to access them.
Please note that the pre-assessment cannot be skipped.
Next, let's get your students logged in to complete their assessment!
