Managing students' login details
Students will each need their own unqiue login details that will allow them to access their accounts. You're able to easily view current passwords or reset passwords from your account.

Downloading students' login details
Click on the class that you would like to download student login details for.
From here, click Student Login Details. You can then choose which format you would like to download the details.
Resetting students' login details
Click on the class that you would like reset student login details for.
Click Edit/Add.
From here, click Edit Class.
Under PASSWORD, you will be able to see a list of all students' current passwords. If you would like to update them, just click on the box and type the new password. Once you have entered the new password, click SAVE.
If you would like to do this for an individual student, click the student's name.
Click the pencil and square icon.
Under PASSWORD, you will be able to see the student's current passwords. If you would like to update the password, just click on the box and type the new password. Once done, click SAVE CHANGES.
Logging in via the website
Students will need to head to the Essential Assessment website and click Student Login. From here, they will be prompted to enter their login details.
Logging in via a QR code
Students are able to be directed to the student login page using a QR code. Depending on their device, students will be able to use their camera or webcam to scan the QR code. The QR code can be downloaded within the PDF version download option.
If students are using an iPad, please check with your school’s IT department to ensure access to the webcam has been allowed.
