Using Manage Class Assessments for your classes
The Manage Class Assessments section allows you to manage class assessments with ease.

Viewing Curriculums
You can toggle which Curriculum or Syllabus at the top of the Manage Class Assessments menu.
Although assessments may be similarly named in different curriculum versions, they are seperate assessments.
For the Australian Curriculum, you can click between F-10 (V8.4) and F-10 (New V9).
For the NSW Syllabus, you can click between 3-10 (Current Syllabus) and K-10 (New Syllabus).
For the Victorian Curriculum, you can click between F-10 (V1.0) and F-10 (V2.0).
If you have had your students complete an assessment and you are unable to see the results, we would recommend checking in the other curriculum tab in case it has been completed under that curriculum. If you are still unable to see the assessment results, reach out to us at info@essentialassessment.com.au for further assistance.
Filtering assessments
You're able to filter the assessments so that you can view the set assessments separately. To do this, click the icon as seen below.
Click Viewing Set to view the currently set assessments.
Class type
You can set your class to a specific class type so that it is easier to distinguish what the class is for. Click on the class and then click Manage Class Assessments.
Click Class type and then choose Mathematics/English, Mathematics Only or English Only to set the class type.
Accessing My Numeracy and My Literacy
You can access the My Numeracy and My Literacy activities from within Manage Class Assessments. To do this, click the + icon next to the assessment.
My Numeracy activities are not yet available for the Victorian Curriculum 2.0.
