How do I clear the cache?

Clearing your cache can help resolve a range of troubleshooting issues.

Using Google Chrome

On the browser toolbar, click the menu icon (three vertical dots in the top right).

Click More Tools. Then click Clear browsing data link.

In the data drop-down menu, select the time range to clear browsing data. Select the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files checkboxes. Then click the Clear Data button to confirm.

Using Firefox

On the browser toolbar, click the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the top right).

Click Settings.

Select the Privacy & Security section and then scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section. Click Clear Data...

Tick the Cookies and Site Data, and Cached Web Content checkboxes. Click Clear to confirm.

Using Safari

On the toolbar, click the Safari menu.

Click Settings...

Select the Privacy tab and then click Manage Website Data...

Select Remove All and then click Done.

Using Microsoft Edge

On the browser toolbar, click the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the top right).

Click Settings.

This will open a new tab. Select the Privacy, search, and services section in the sidebar. Then scroll down to the Clear browsing data section and click Choose what to clear.

Tick the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files checkboxes and leave everything else unticked. Click Clear now to confirm.
