With some technical issues, there are a lot of different things that could be going wrong. Your browser's developer console sometimes contains valuable information about what isn't working, which can be helpful for our Development Team when they're trying to find the cause of an issue.

Getting a Console Log

Google Chrome
- Press Ctrl + Shift + J for Windows, or Option + Command + J for Mac.

Mozilla Firefox
- Press Ctrl + Shift + J for Windows, or Option + Shift + J for Mac.

Microsoft Edge
- Press F12 to open the developer tools (alternatively, click on the Settings menu in the upper right-hand corner of the browser and select 'Developer Tools' from the drop-down menu).
- Make sure that the 'Console' tab is selected.

Safari
You have two options below:
- Press Option + Command + C.

or
- In the menu bar, click Develop > Show Error Console after encountering the issue in Safari.
- If you don't see this option in the menu bar, choose Safari > Preferences, click Advanced, then select 'Show Develop menu in menu bar'.
