What is the Data Wall?
You're able to use the Data Wall function to display the current achievement level of each student within each strand of the curriculum.
The Data Wall provides a continuous snapshot of each student's current understanding in alignment with the curriculum while demonstrating growth and distribution across each cohort within your school. To access this, click the DATAWALL toggle on.

From here, you're able to change how the data is presented via the drop-down bar. These options are:
- The year and the month
- The year level
- Strand
- Substrand
- Class

Click on a student to view their individual data.

Subject Average
You can see a student’s overall average Mathematics and English scores directly on the Datawall screen, making class or whole-school data even easier to access and interpret. You are also able to export the subject average as a PDF.

You're able to download exports of the physical Data Wall cards. Use the physical Data Wall cards to create a matching physical Data Wall within your school. The Data Wall cards include each student's name and the option for a student photo. At any time throughout the year, scan the QR code on the cards to receive a current update on student achievement. Scanning the QR Code will provide student results across all strands of Maths and Literacy for this student.
To download these cards, click Export Options and choose the Year level you would like to download.

When you are exporting, you have two options to choose from. With no colour will download the card without the year-level colour. With EA year level will download the card with the colour that the year level is highlighted with.
