When a student moves to a new school, we must ensure their data moves with them promptly, and that both schools have given permission for the data transfer to take place.
If you'd like to request to move a student's data from a different school into your school's account, you'll need to complete a short form.
In order to complete the form, you'll need to have the following information ready:
Your school's EA Username. For example, 'NSW123456' or 'School2026'. This is to ensure we identify your school's account accurately.
Full name of the student whose EA data you are requesting to be transferred to your school's EA account (first name and surname)
Name of the school you are requesting the students EA data be transferred from.
Confirmation that you have permission from the student's previous school.
