Viewing your Flexi Assessment data: Single and Multi-Strand
How to Access and View Flexi Assessment Data
Flexi assessment data is available to view in the following places:
- View Class Results
- Student Profile
Click into View Class Results and select the strand. If the flexi is a multi-strand assessment, the data will be separated and appear under each strand that is found within the flexi. You can also filter to find your flexi by selecting the flexi option under the strand on the left-hand side of screen.
For AC/VC, view the data through the ASR, ZPD, and CD views in the same way you view other assessments. For NSW, view the data through the CR, ZPD, and CG views in the same way you view other assessments.

Viewing Flexi Assessment Data through the Individual Student Profile
The Student Profile page will show the overall result for a Flexi assessments inside the circle. If the flexi has been created with more than one strand, the different strands will be shown below the overall percentage result.
AC/VC
The result shows a multi-strand assessment. The overall result is 3 (indicating the end of year 3.) The two strands included in the assessment are Number (yellow) and Measurement (blue), which will show when you hover over the result boxes. The overall results will depend on the weighting of the content. So even though one result may be higher, there may be less content descriptors/questions, so this is taken into consideration when grading the flexi.
Scroll further down on the student's profile page to see the summary of the assessment. You can view the Descriptors and the questions. Hovering over the codes/questions will provide further information.
AC/VC
Note: The Level result reflects mastery of content. The Percent result reflects the number of questions answered correctly.

NSW
Is graded in a similar way but includes the NSW grading scale as seen below 5.25, indicating the student has enough understanding to be end of Year 5 and a quarter of the into the year 6 content.
Further down on the student profile page, the summary data set represents the content groups covered, and the colours highlight the strands:
- Number & Algebra (yellow)
- Measurement & Space (blue)
- Statistics and probability (pink)
