Using Microsoft Team for meetings with Essential Assessment
Meeting with someone from EA on Microsoft Teams? To ensure the meeting goes as smoothly as possible, please allow the EA team member to present.
There are two options to allow this; please see them below:
Option 1: When scheduling the meeting, go into Meeting Details and adjust the presenter settings to People in my orginization and guests. Once this has been selected, remember to click Save!
Option 2: Once you're in the meeting, change a participant's individual setting to Make a presenter. This'll allow that participant to share their screen!
