How do students earn stars and trophies?

As you gain an understanding and complete your My Numeracy and My Literacy activities, you will earn stars and trophies.

When you first log into your account, you will be able to see how many stars and trophies you have in the bottom left-hand corner.

Stars and trophies will reset at the start of each academic year.

To begin earning trophies and stars, click MY NUMERACY or MY LITERACY, depending on the activities you need to complete.

Here you will be able to see how many stars you are able to earn. If the star is coloured in, you have earnt that star. If the star is not coloured in, you still need to earn that star.

Once you have clicked on the activity you would like to complete, you will see an overview of the understanding you need to earn each star.

Once you have completed the activity, a prompt will appear highlighting which stars you have filled in and how much understanding you have shown within this area.

Once you have finished the activity, a prompt will appear highlighting which stars have been filled in and how much understanding you have shown within this area. Each star shows how much you have grown in your learning. For each star that is completely coloured in, you will earn a new star to go towards your star total.

You're able to have a second attempt on the same activity to earn more stars if the activity has been unlocked by your teacher. Please reach out to your teacher to talk about your current work before you complete a second attempt.

A prompt will also appear if you have received a trophy. Trophies indicate that you have mastered this part of your learning. Trophies are to celebrate your growth.

If you have any questions or need any assistance, please reach out to your teacher.
