Support
The Support button provides you with options for direct support.
- Help Centre will direct you to our Help Documentation site.
- Message Us allows you to send an email to our Customer Support team.
- Book a Professional Development Session directs you to a booking link to enable you to book a Professional Learning Session to help show you how you can get the best out of your subscription.
- Phone us provides you with the number to our Customer Support line.
Cog Wheel
The Cog Wheel allows you to see details of your school's subscription. You're able to see which components are active, when your subscription is due to end, how many accounts you have purchased, and how many have been allocated.
You can also export a list of the students who have had an account set up, view/add educator profiles and toggle on/off to show teachers in a class list.
Platform Training
The Platform Training button directs you to videos on how to use different features.
Professional Learning Portal
The Professional Learning Portal button will direct you to the + Book a session… button. This will allow you to select the session type, time, and date you would like the session to occur.
Updates
The Updates button will take you to a pop-up box that highlights our recent product updates. You can also view our Educator Conferences schedule so you can register for your desired date.
