We offer multiple different options for in-platform support.

Support
The Support button provides you with options for direct support.
- Instant Answers directs you to a pop-up where you can ask your question.
- Webinars directs you to view the latest Webinar, where you can also view previous Webinars from our Webinar Library.
- Help Centre will direct you to our Help Documentation site.
- Contact Us allows you to send an email to our Customer Support team.

Settings Menu
The Settings menu allows you to see details of your school's subscription. You're able to see which components are active, when your subscription is due to end, how many accounts you have purchased, and how many have been allocated.
You can also export a list of the students who have had an account set up, and view/add educator profiles.

Platform Training
The Platform Training button directs you to videos on how to use different features.
